Ingredients:
- 4 bell peppers, tops cut off and seeds removed
- 1/2 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce (sugar-free)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in quinoa, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper.
