Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp and toss to coat.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.
